LXD ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
My teammate on the Learning Experience Design team at Veterans United was tasked with clarifying our team's project roles and responsibilities. They sent out a survey to our team members to gauge their current knowledge, expectations, and areas of confusion and researched the RASCI project management theory. Then, I took their survey results and research, adapted them, and turned them into a microlearning with a scenario-based quiz and handout.

RESULT: Team and department leadership were impressed with the final course, and hope to replicate it for other teams in the company. The specific impact on the LXD Team is TBD.
