A few years before I started at Veterans United, the Learning & Development team created a series of 20 hand-drawn animated videos explaining how different departments at VU work to help all employees better understand our company. Those videos quickly became outdated and impractical to update. After repeated attempts by other teammates, I created and successfully implemented a five phase project plan to revive, combine, restyle, and update these courses with a focus on longevity and increased interactivity. The goals of each project phase included:

Phase 1: Create an interactive "VU Map" course to house all current videos, and work with graphic designers to create a visual style based on VU's branding and build an asset library of reusable icons for all future updates
Phase 2: Reimagine the department info page design and content structure, create process documentation and outlines for future department pages, and build a text-based functional prototype utilizing AI voiceover
Phase 3: Create and convert a prioritized list of the existing department video pages
Phase 4: Create new pages for departments without existing videos, and execute an official company-wide relaunch/awareness campaign
Phase 5: Set up a schedule for continuous check-ins and updates with department SME's and stakeholders
