A few years before I started at Veterans United, the Learning & Development team created a series of about 20 hand-drawn animated videos explaining how different departments at VU worked. Those videos quickly became outdated and impractical to update. After repeated attempts by other teammates, I worked with graphic designers on our team to successfully revive, combine, restyle, and update these courses with a focus on longevity and increased interactivity.

RESULT: I established processes to foster continual, practical updates to these courses for the foreseeable future.
