With the implementation of a new LMS, I took the opportunity to research, develop, and implement a new process for building Veterans United’s 20 yearly compliance courses. I was responsible for researching new software, writing process documents, securing stakeholder buy-in, managing team members and timelines, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts.
